ROCTANE Electrolyte Capsules help replace what you lose when you sweat to keep you feeling strong and feeling good. Take 1-2 capsules per hour during high-intensity activity and consume with at least 3-4 oz of water as part of your hydration plan. (We recommend drinking at least 16 oz of fluids per hour during exercise.)
